RECIPE OF THE MONTH

Fresh Vegetable Crunchy Spring rolls

Fancy a small culinary challenge before the end of the year? Try out those vegetable spring rolls. Only a few ingredients are required. If you really feel creative you could change the recipe to your taste - adding lettuce or avocado for example.

Enjoy with spicy-sweet peanut sauce or soy sauce!
