Some of you may have received our last email about our Lenten Appeal with the subject line reading 'Customer, help us light 1,500 candles before Easter'. 

We do not like using this term and we apologise that this was included in the subject line. This reference was an automatically generated title applied to your email if we do not have your first name in the system.  

We are still learning the electronic eNews system and will be ensuring this does not happen in future emails.

Please know that we do not view you as a customer, but as our generous supporter who continues to go above and beyond to support the work we do.
