COVID-19 Vaccines national rollout planning: Follow up on urgent request for information

Your urgent attention is requested

Thank you to those who have responded to the previous urgent request of 25 January 2021, for information in relation to COVID-19 vaccines national rollout planning.

If you provide group disability accommodation and have not yet responded, your urgent attention is requested for your organisation to be included in Phase 1a of the national roll-out and facilitate on-site vaccination.

If you have already responded no further action is required.

Please provide all the requested information for each of your sites by using the online form by no later than close of business (COB) Friday 5 February 2021.

This timing remains critical to ensure people in priority groups can be offered the vaccines at the earliest opportunity and to avoid any impact on the timing for vaccinations to be administered at your sites.

The NDIS Commission appreciates the responsiveness of providers during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is important that all providers continue to promptly take steps to ensure the quality and safety of supports provided to people with disability, and to minimise adverse health outcomes for NDIS participants and those who support them.
