Holiday Delivery Schedule for Vaccine Orders

All pick-ups for routine vaccines are cancelled (not including COVID-19 vaccine). Instead, we will deliver the vaccines directly to your facility according to the vaccine delivery schedule.
- Pharmacists who would like to order vaccines must contact their distributor
Orders can be placed anytime throughout the month. However, the deadline to submit your vaccine order is three business days prior to your delivery date*. We are unable to guarantee delivery of vaccine when orders are received after the deadline.
Delivery dates for the month of December:
- St. Catharines – Tuesday, Dec. 6, & Thursday, Dec. 15
- Port Colborne – Wednesday, Dec. 7 & Tuesday, Dec. 20
- Welland, Pelham & Fonthill – Thursday, Dec. 1 & Tuesday, Dec. 20
- Niagara Falls & Niagara-on-the-Lake – Tuesday, Dec. 13 & Thursday, Dec. 22
- Grimsby, Smithville, Lincoln & Thorold – Wednesday, Dec. 14 & 21
- Fort Erie – Thursday, Dec. 8 & Monday, Dec. 19

VPD Holiday Season Closures & Resumption of Regular Delivery Schedule

The office will be closed Dec. 23, 26, 27, 30 and Jan. 2
There will be no vaccine deliveries on Dec. 28 and 29
Regular vaccine delivery schedule and hours of operation resume Jan. 3, 2023 (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
- *Orders for delivery the week of Jan. 3, 2023 need to be submitted by Dec. 21
