Change in Venue for Boosterthon Fun Run on Friday, May 3rd Due to Rain ForecastBES parents, Due to the rain forecast for tomorrow morning (Friday, May 3rd), the Boosterthon Fun Run will take place in the Parish Hall of Stormes Hall instead of Hixon Field. Below is the schedule for this exciting event, now called the Hero Fit Challenge! Check for your student's grade level and then cheer them on at the times below! Time Grade Levels Participating Water will be provided by the school and can be enjoyed in the hallway of Stormes Hall outside of the Parish Hall. Parents may bring water bottles for their students to drink in the hallway as well. Celebrate Martha Milton's Service to BES During a Volunteer and Special Recognition Chapel on May 8thBES parents, faculty, staff, and school community are invited to attend a special chapel service to celebrate Martha Milton's service to BES and our volunteers on Wednesday, May 8th at 8:10 a.m. in the church. Many of you will no doubt want to thank Martha Milton in person for her love of our students and her vision for our school as she embarks on retirement. There will be a special reception held afterwards in Christopher Lobby next to the sanctuary. We encourage all who are able to come by and enjoy some refreshments. Martha's impact on our school community is unmistakable, and we hope many of you will celebrate her during this chapel. Make a Difference Monday: Items Needed for Mission House Breakfast BagsOur service project for the month of May is making breakfast bags for Mission House to give to the homeless. Register Your Students Online TodayOnline registration for the BES Summer Camp is underway, and we want your students to be part of the "Best Camp at the Beach" in 2019! Support BES by Buying a Brick for a Family Member and Pave the Way for Future GenerationsWe want you to take the opportunity to support or school by purchasing a personalized brick. What a wonderful way to honor your child, grandchild, your family and our school! All personalized bricks are located in the center of McCormick Hall for all the children to enjoy. This is a perfect location for the kids to look down and see their name in a brick, along with the names of their friends and classmates. Each brick can consist of up to 3 lines.
