We know it can be tempting to let calls go to voicemail if you aren't sure who's calling so why not save our number so that you know its Paradigm! This will mean we can schedule your appointment right away and you won't need to spend time calling us back. Update on repairs During the previous COVID lockdowns, we reduced our repairs service to help keep our customers and staff safe and minimise entering your homes. This has meant we have had a backlog of repair work to catch up on which we’re working through with the support our contractors. Although we are reducing the backlog, it is still taking us a bit longer than usual to attend to some work. We may not be able to book the appointment to do your repair as soon as you would like. We're sorry if this has affected you and thank you for your patience as we work to get back to normal later this year. Providing an excellent service for customersWe’re using all your feedback to improve our services. You have told us what we are doing well and where we need to improve – and we know it’s not just what we do but the way we do it. Our focus is on making our services easier and more convenient for you to access and giving extra support to those who need it. We’ll keep you up to date with what we’re doing so look out for more information soon. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we will continue to look for your feedback on our services. Earlier this year, we told you about our plans to survey customers who had moved into a new build property within the last two years. Find out more about this here. We are collating the results of these surveys and will soon start surveying customers on a rolling basis at two specific points - one month and 13 months after moving into a new build home. The surveys will be carried out by our research partner IFF Research and the information gathered will remain confidential. We will also shortly be conducting surveys among our new customers, who joined us in March from The Guinness Partnership. These customers will be selected at random to take part in either a telephone or online survey - please take the time to participate if you are contacted, as sharing your experience with us will help improve our service for all our customers. A reminder about universal creditAt the beginning of the COVID pandemic, the Government announced a temporary £20 per week increase for universal credit claimants. This increase is due to stop from 1 October 2021. If you have any concerns about the impact this will have on your finances, you can speak to us by calling 0300 303 1010 or contact your local CAB for advice.
