Events update

Staff from Gencoa will attend events in China and USA this month, as a busy period of exhibitions and conferences gets underway.

Gencoa Managing Director Dermot Monaghan will join local agents Triplewins at the 14th International Vacuum Exhibition in Shanghai, where products will displayed from booth booth A27/A28. The exhibition takes place from April 26-28.

During the same week, the 44th International Conference on Metallurgical Coatings and Thin Films (ICMCTF) will take place in San Diego, CA, USA, where the week-long technical program will include a presentation on Ionisation Enhancement Control for Magnetron Sputtering Processes by Gencoa US Business Manager Frank Papa.

The presentation is scheduled for 9:40am on Friday 28th April in the Sunrise room of the Town and Country Hotel & Convention Center.

Frank will also be involved as a moderator during session B3 covering 'Deposition Technologies and Applications for Diamond-like Coatings' on Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th April.

SVC TechCon 2017

This year's SVC TechCon is the 60th staging of the annual event for the vacuum coating industry, and Gencoa will once again exhibit, as well as delivering technical presentations during the associated Technical Program.

The exhibit will be held at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island on May 2-3. Exhibiting from booth 813, Gencoa will have all four products in the GRS range of rotatable magnetrons on display, including the new GRS-M and GRS-V end-blocks. Gencoa's Optix gas sensor will also be exhibited, with live demonstrations taking place during the two-day event.

Gencoa are also scheduled to present during the Technical Program taking place during May 1 - May 4. Details of the times and locations are as follows:
