Niagara Region Launches Signature Sites Tool to Promote Development Opportunities

Niagara Region Economic Development is pleased to announce the launch of ‘Niagara Signature Sites’, an innovative and interactive map designed to showcase premier industrial and commercial development opportunities available in the Niagara region. This collaborative effort involves Niagara Region’s Growth Strategy and Economic Development department, local area municipalities, and private sector, aimed at promoting investment and economic growth in the region.

The Niagara Signature Sites map offers a comprehensive listing of industrial and commercial development and redevelopment properties available for sale or lease within the Niagara region. These carefully selected properties are based on their strategic location, permitted uses, and size, with a minimum requirement of 50 acres for available properties, are featured on the interactive map.  This platform provides users with the ability to access an information hub of exclusive properties using a user-friendly interface. Potential investors and developers can now explore these opportunities and details regarding the individual sites on this new platform.

Demonstrating the strength of collaboration among various partners within the Niagara region, this tool brings together local Niagara Municipalities, the Niagara Region, and private sector partners. The combined expertise, insights, and resources have contributed to creating a comprehensive resource for those seeking investment opportunities in the area. The diverse range of properties showcased on the map reflects the economic potential and growth prospects that the Niagara region offers.
