Blog: Is journalism dead?

“Journalism as we know it is dying and charities are increasingly getting their message across through social media.”  (Freelance journalist)

Has the rise of social media eclipsed the role of journalism within the charity sector?

In April this year, nfp Synergy surveyed 152 journalists who cover charities' work, to get their opinions on charities and the present and future issues facing the sector.

Have a read of their blog on a journalist's role in sharing insights and news about the charity sector at such a turbulent time.
