Using technology to access GP practices can and has produced several advantages. However, accessing GP practices remotely does also have limitations. Healthwatch Barnet is working on a project to gain insight into Barnet residents’ experiences, both positive and negative, of using their GP practice remotely. Residents’ experiences will be shared with the local Clinical Commissioning Group and GP practices as they plan for how residents will access GP practices in the future. Complete the survey or contact Healthwatch Barnet to arrange a 1-2-1 telephone interview or focus group. If you would like any assistance in completing the survey or would like it in another format, please contact info@healthwatchbarnet.co.uk or call 020 3475 1308. As a token of appreciation, Healthwatch Barnet will be entering every person who completes the survey into a prize draw to win one of two £50 Amazon vouchers.
