LCA Mission International Updates

Exciting news - please join us in this mission

Rainbow Hostel students running classes for local children in Phnom Penh

As we walk with Jesus this holy week and as we are met by him in his supper and at the foot of his cross with the gift of sure forgiveness, we also walk with sisters and brothers in Christ across the world.  This holy week is a special one for the people of the Lutheran Church in Cambodia as they walk with Jesus into the future.

God has given our Lutheran family a unique opportunity to expand our mission and ministry partnership in Cambodia. We are working with our Lutheran sisters and brothers in Cambodia and around the world to buy land alongside the City Church/Rainbow Hostel building in Phnom Penh to develop a new outreach program.  We need to pay for this land by June 30 and have an LLL loan approved for up to $500,000 which covers the land purchase plus all the government and legal costs. Quite simply the more money we raise the less loan we’ll need.

Already you have raised over $56,600 towards this exciting project!  Thank you for your generous mission hearts. Please continue to give your support through prayer and donation.  Your donations will help to bring the message of Jesus’ sacrifice for all on the cross and Easter resurrection life to the people of Cambodia.  God bless you as you walk with Jesus and with his disciples in Cambodia.
