- Running 3 1/2 miles, twice a week,     5 miles beach run, once a week

-Lifting weights at 6am 3 times a week

- Weight Training, Anatomical Adaptation

- The days that the players are not running they do Circuit Training

TOURNAMENTS 

During the technical and aerobic phase we recommend not to play any tournaments due to accumulation of lactic acid.
