April Series

Beginners:
8-count Lindy Hop

Come learn Lindy Hop! You'll build the dance from the basics while learning some of the history of this Black American art form.

☀️ This is the first month of our 2-month Swing into Spring Special.

Fundamentals: Swingout Partnered Variations

Swingouts—the defining move of Lindy Hop. In this class, we'll work on improving how your swingouts feel and give you a whole bunch of partnered variations such as the Texas Tommy and forward swingouts.

Intermediate: Spin with Me

Dive into flashy moves involving free spins and connected turns in place. Get ready to get nerdy and tune all that makes these spins successful, including prep, turn stability, and timing. You’ll leave with a set of spinny flash moves for the social floor.

Audition: Handy Hand Holds for All Occasions

Unusual hand holds and body positions so you can keep things going wherever the moves take you. Hone in on your technique and get your creative juices flowing to "yes and" your partner so that you're ready for anything, any time.

Adventure: Solo Jazz Performance

Level up your quality of movement and rhythmic precision in this solo jazz performance class! Drawing on the musicality of the soft shoe dance style, we'll unlock new steps with intricate footwork and syncopated rhythms.

Bring your plant babies for our annual plant swap!

Our recommendations include: indoor plants, small outdoor plants, plant cuttings, herbs, flowers, and succulents.

No dirt or soil to avoid any messes.
