Make a Child's Christmas Merry During the Salvation Army Toy Drive at BES

Be a partner in the Salvation Army's 2017 Toy Drive, which is sponsored by the BES Parent Support Organization!

BES is excited to be partnering with The Salvation Army again this year and holding a Christmas Toy Drive. Large Christmas donation bins will be located in McCormick Hall where unwrapped new toys may be placed. All items must fit into the bins provided. Please bring in your donation by Tuesday, December 5th. We invite all parents to attend a special blessing of the toys at the all school chapel on Wednesday, December 6th. 

Here is a list of suggested items:

Girls: baby dolls, interactive stuffed animals (learning) toys, kitchen play sets, tea sets, Barbie dolls, baby alive dolls, leap frog learning toys, Disney items (i.e. Frozen, Moana, Sofia the first, princesses, etc.) Dora, play make up kits, puzzles, toy radios, fishing poles, skates. Etc.

Boys: toy cars and trucks, train sets, drum sets, toy instruments, skates, skateboard, inexpensive video games, learning toys, action figures, Lego’s, remote controlled cars, drawing kits, art kits, paint kits,  electronic toys. Etc.

Labeling Jackets and Sweatshirts

BES parents, please remember to label jackets and sweatshirts with your students' names so that we can return them to the appropriate person if they are left somewhere on campus. Thank you.

Alumni News

Alayna Zanghetti, BES alum and senior at the Bolles School, will participate in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade this year as part of the “Spirit of America” cheerleading team. She and 10 other Bolles cheerleaders will be heading up to New York City on November 18th.

For those watching the annual parade from home, tune into NBC on Thursday, November 23 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
