As a Healthcare provider, Calvary is in a position to grant access to the office for essential reasons by exception. However, as all Head office based staff are supported to work from home there are limited occasions where accessing the office would be require d. Some of these include:
If you need to access the office you must complete the attached assessment and forward it to Kerryn Vine-Camp at Kerryn.vine-camp@calvarycare.org.au at least 24 hours before access is required. If your application is approved, you will be provided a letter outlining your exception and period of access. During anytime in the office we strongly encourage you to follow the COVID safe guidelines and continue to abide by the expected behaviors of Calvary.
