The Co-op is sponsoring SHARE Food Program's annual fundraiser in the warehouse we occupy with them. Our own Warehouse Manager (and bluegrass master) Bill Quern will kick off the musical entertainment at 5:30 p.m.
Proceeds benefit SHARE's mission to build stronger, healthier communities through food distribution, education and advocacy. Tickets $100; get them here.

Come lend a hand on the farm! Projects vary seasonally and may include weeding, mulching, clearing beds and anything in between. Sign up in the Member Center if you are a working member to earn Co-op hours. Guided Tour of the Agricultural Village at the Awbury Arboretum, 10-11:30 a.m.
This informative guided walk was conceived for new members of Weavers Way, but it's open to everyone! Sign up on our work calendar to participate. Get your hours by helping maintain all aspects of Awbury's Food Forest, a permaculture-style planting creating both habitat and edible resources in a sustainable way.

The Energy Co-op turns 40 this year, and as a Thank You to Weavers Way for fostering them in their early days, they're offering discount tickets to Co-op members.
