NACY NewsYour Vote MattersAs we push through the 4th wave of the pandemic and into a fall election, many voters are wondering how best to cast their vote. In addition to the uncertainties associated with voting safely, university students have found themselves without on campus voting, leaving students away from home unsure about how to vote. So what are our options?
If you are looking for more information on voting, including how your mail-in votes are kept safe and secure, visit Elections Canada online to learn more. Apathy is Boring provides youth with resources to Make a Plan to vote and offers a Youth-focused newsletter feed summarizing developments on the campaign trai In Case You Missed ItDuring the COVID-19 pandemic, Millennials and Gen Z are experiencing a once-in-a-generation economic crisis at a formative time period in their lives. If we don’t do something about it, young people in Canada may be dealing with the economic and social fallout from this pandemic for the next 10 years. Given the unprecedented threat to young people’s prospects and potential, we need a unique approach that meets the moment with urgency and ambition.
