First, I am pleased to report that our greens have come through the winter in very good condition. While there are a few areas that experienced minor damage during colder periods, we will be addressing these with sod over the coming weeks to ensure smooth, consistent playing surfaces heading into peak season. You may have already noticed some tree removal taking place around the course. This work is part of a long-term plan to improve turf health by increasing sunlight and air circulation, as well as to enhance strategic play. Specifically, we have removed select trees around the 3rd green to improve growing conditions and playability in that area. This provides strategic enhancement as well as giving us separation from the highway. At the 17th Hole, we are undertaking a project that includes additional tree removal and the introduction of native grass plantings. This will not only improve course definition and visual appeal but will also reduce turf requiring maintenance in out-of-play areas; this allows us to allocate resources more effectively. Looking ahead, we are also planning a screening project along the highway adjacent to Holes 2 and 3. This work is scheduled for the fall and will involve planting to provide both visual buffering and an improved sense of seclusion on those holes. Each of these initiatives is part of our continued commitment to providing high-quality playing conditions while thoughtfully improving the course for the long term. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to a great spring season. Sincerely,
