”Family Life - The Hard Stuff” BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE FAMILY LIFE COMMITTEE Is anyone out there not experiencing a family member or close friend having a significant health crisis or dealing with the loss of a loved one? Consider yourself fortunate, because it seems
like most of us are dealing with the emotional, spiritual, physical, economic, and logistical challenges of either a personal health crisis or loss of a loved one or the crisis being experienced by someone close to us. No matter how strong our faith is, no matter how many ways God is with us as we go through these things, a major family health crisis or loss of a loved one still creates burdens, stresses, fears, worries, uncertainties, additional responsibilities, challenges to our faith, and just plain heartbreak. I wish I could offer a get out of it all free card, but we all know that’s not how life works, at least not this side of eternity. —William Helbley Read More
