What you need to do now that you are registered

Dear Valued Supplier,

Thank you for accepting the invitation to connect with the portal and for registering your details.

Your rapid take up of this opportunity is genuinely appreciated. In the coming months we look forward to the benefits of reduced transactional activities and improvement in the way we engage with you.

We look forward to maintaining our important face to face engagements and conversations with you.

What do I need to do now?

Please ensure that you have uploaded all of the requested information and documentation:

  • company name, ABN, address, key contact details and email addresses
  • Public and Products Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance Certificate of Currency (if applicable)
  • Workers Compensation
  • Motor Vehicle Insurance
  • National Police Check (where required)
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificates for your staff who are accessing our sites.

What if I have not provided all of the above information?

If you believe that you do not need to provide certain details because they are not relevant to the goods or services that you supply to Calvary, thank you for reviewing:

  • any contract that you may already hold, which will stipulate your obligations
  • the FAQ’s available at www.calvaryprocurement.org.au.

If after reviewing the above, you still feel you do not need to provide all the information, please email us at nationalprocurement@calvarycare.org.au and briefly explain the reason why. It is important that you email us so we may register your query and action.

What if I cannot meet the requirement to provide COVID-19 vaccination certificates?

It is critical that we receive either the COVID-19 vaccination certificate or that alternate information is supplied, as detailed in the FAQs Update - Vaccination Requirement for all Suppliers available at www.calvaryprocurement.org.au.

Failure to provide this information may affect your ability to access our sites.
