Chef Lynne Sawicki’s culinary background spans 27 years in the Atlanta market and Lynne brings her extensive culinary expertise to her retail shoppe, Sawicki's Meats, Seafood & More, offering a wide variety of prepared dishes, salumi, fresh meats and seafood, organic produce as well as local cheeses; to her Catering division, and to Lynne’s newest creation, Harvest 4 Health -  offering simple prepared meals to assist you in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, or as a vital part of your wellness program.

This Fall we launched Harvest 4 Health, providing custom farm fresh and delicious meals for people who are in need nutritional support, and those interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, without having the worry of food preparation. We do all the work!

A week's worth of Harvest 4 Health Meals can be ordered in advance. Our skilled chefs will create custom meals using the fresh harvest of our local organic farm providers, including Atlanta’s favorite, Springer Mountain Farms. Your delicious and nutritious pre-packaged meals are available in sustainable containers and can be picked up at our retail location. Each menu is designed to provide maximum nutritional support for medical patients undergoing a variety of treatments, and those who just want to maintain the healthliest of lifestyles.
