Click here Carolyn Chandler-Hill Appointed Permanent Niagara EMS Deputy ChiefJanuary 2, 2026 Following a fulsome recruitment process, Niagara Emergency Medical Services (Niagara EMS) is pleased to announce that Carolyn Chandler-Hill has been appointed as the permanent Deputy Chief / Associate Director, Emergency Medical Services at Niagara Region, effective January 5, 2026. With more than 17 years of progressive experience in paramedicine, including more than seven years in operational leadership within Niagara EMS, Chandler-Hill has been serving as Commander of Operations at Niagara EMS for the past two years. She brings tremendous strategic insight and people-centered leadership with her to this role. “I am so pleased that Carolyn Chandler-Hill will be stepping into the Deputy Chief role," said Karen Lutz-Graul, Chief, Niagara EMS.
