CARELetter - September 2021

U=U  What does this mean?

Undetectable = Untransmittable            When someone with HIV takes their meds and their viral load (the amount of virus in their blood) becomes very low, they are considered undetectable.  Studies show that people who are undetectable with HIV cannot transmit HIV through sex.   To learn more about U=U click on the icon above.
