A Record Breaking Year for Local, Rental & Management
Despite testing market conditions, we have had another record breaking year, surpassing even our 2014 achievements.
Our Local Market team sold more houses than ever before and Swoffers First, our first time buyers’ initiative was incredibly successful, proving that when you combine innovation with knowledge and experience, you will maintain your position as the Island's most effective agent.
Based on the value of all transactions in 2015, Swoffers has been responsible for the sale of an impressive one in every three properties, including 60 per cent of all Open Market deals, and our Rentals and Management team have enjoyed similar success, with another record year for this expanding department.
We look forward to what next year has to offer and whist we expect 2016 to be equally tough, we are confident that our attention to detail, unrivalled experience and hard work will produce the best possible results for our buyers and vendors.
