As mentioned in our previous communication, we have revised our Reseller Master Agreement. As per our revised Reseller Master Agreement, there is a change regarding all domain orders under your Reseller account which are on our (PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com) Registrar credentials.

We are required, as per our contracts with various TLD Registries, to have a Domain Registration Agreement with the registrant of each domain name for which we are the registrar on record. The Reseller Master Agreement contains the requirement that you display the Registrar-Registrant Agreement when a customer attempts to register or transfer a domain name and ensure that the customer agrees to the terms before the registration or transfer request is executed. 1. As a Reseller 

Starting July 29th, 2019 we will be reaching out to all registrants that have domain names registered through Public Domain Registry, and notify them of the agreement, which will come into effect immediately.

• The registrants will be receiving this email
• The email will be sent from Public Domain Registry, which is the registrar on record and NOT LogicBoxes

2. As a Registrar

As a registrar, you are required to have a Domain Registration Agreement with the registrant of each domain name for which you are the registrar on record.

We, therefore, request you to draft your agreement and ensure that the same is displayed to those who register a domain name with you.

Steps to Upload your agreement 

You can upload your agreements within your LogicBoxes Control panel by following this path:

Settings -> Legal Agreements -> Domain Registration Agreement (For Registrants)

SuperSite Changes 

The new Domain Registration Agreement (For Registrants) will be available on the Legal Agreements page. Your customers will be able to see the relevant agreements based on whether you are a registrar for a TLD or are reselling the TLD via LogicBoxes, as can be seen below:

On clicking ‘Applicable TLDs’ the following modal will pop up displaying the list of TLDs for which the displayed agreement is valid for.
