Christian Mindfulness

Day 5: Practice Christian Mindfulness

Welcome to Day Five of our 10 Day Spiritual Journey. Today we practice Christian Mindfulness.

Our spiritual exercises so far can all be considered a form of Christian Mindfulness. It's simply a practice of spiritual healing and contemplation in the presence of God.

Our lives are busy. More and more demands are placed on our time and it can be hard to to find time to focus on your own spiritual and mental wellbeing. Spending time experiencing the stillness of God can help you quiet your mind while developing a stronger connection with God.

Here are some resources that may help you incorporate Christian Mindfulness into your daily life.

Share your experience on our Facebook Page or tag us in a tweet @LlandaffDio
