We are excited to report that work is nearly complete on ILLiad version 9.  The goal is to include DOCLINE 6.0 integration so that only one update is required. Atlas, OCLC, and NLM are working together and we will be able to post a release date soon.   The release will include:

• Fixes for all known bugs
• Component updates for security and Windows compatibility
• ILLiad Basic Authentication Enhancements
• DOCLINE 6.0 integration

This release will include both client and server updates.  Support for ILLiad 8.6 ends on December 31, 2018.

This year’s Virtual User Group Meeting will be held online Wednesday, November 28, 1:30 – 4:00 PM EST. The past few years this has taken place over two afternoons, but given your feedback, we are shortening it to one afternoon this year. As in the past, there is no charge to attend.

We’re still working on the final agenda, but for now you can count on these topics being covered:

• Ares update and/or 4.7 new feature review
• AtlasBI for Ares demo
• UserVoice review/discussion of enhancements
• New Ares Video Training Library content
