Invitation to Four Hands Wine Pairing Dinner- with MasterChef Asia Judge Audra Morrice & Daniel Yap @ GOODDAM - 29 November 2019 CHEF AUDRA MORRICE Based in Sydney, Audra Morrice is hailed by Australian media as “the Nigella of Asia”, she is a chef, author, television presenter and the producer of a range of all-natural, gluten-free products. A graduate in Economics and Japanese, Audra left her very successful telecommunications career to follow her passion for food. A finalist in MasterChef Australia 2012, she has extended her affiliation with the international TV juggernaut to become co-host and judge on MasterChef Asia in 2015 and, currently, as a MasterChef Singapore judge. Audra’s own cooking series, Tasty Conversations, is on regular rotation on SBS Food Network in Australia and FYI across Asia. Her first cookbook, My Kitchen, Your Table, was released in 2015 to great acclaim. Her new book, Cook & Feast, is now available in Singapore, Australia and online. In addition to consulting for cafes and restaurants, Audra runs a catering business in Sydney and has successfully headlined numerous corporate dining events for such clients as Lexus, St George, Westpac, AAPT, Nextgen, Optus, Young & Rubicam, and the Prime Minister of Singapore. Audra is also a prominent figure in both Singaporean and Australian tourism, having collaborated with Accor Plus, Singapore Tourism Board and Qantas. CHEF DANIEL YAP Daniel first completed his Diploma in Culinary Arts in KDU University College, before pursuing his Bachelors in Italian Cuisine at the renowned culinary school ALMA - La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana of Parma. Immediately after he completed his training in ALMA, he worked for 6 months in the kitchen of Marco Sacco's two Michelin-star Ristorante Piccolo Lago in Piemonte. After that stint, he decided on one last stop at Torsten Vildgaard's one Michelin-starred STUD!O in Copenhagen before heading home. Upon returning to KL, he began working at Table and Apron as Chef and Pastry chef....before running PopUpDiningKL and now co-owning GOODDAM.
