Hi there,

It's Springtime! and the perfect time to get back outdoors in Queensland.
Live Life Outdoors

With the recent COVID outbreaks in Brisbane it is vitally important that organisations are aware of and implement operational plans that follow the appropriate COVID Safe Plan for their business. Queensland is in the fortunate position of being able to get outdoors and active, even with some restrictions on what we do and how we do it. We need to to continue to work together to do all that we can to avoid jeopardising our current freedoms.

This month's eNews is full of updates, info and useful links - read on ...

Another COVID Safe Plan Update Coming Soon

The COVID Safe Plan for Outdoor Recreation Activity Providers is due for an update in the next week or so.This is most important if you are running events or competitions as many of the updates are designed to clarify what you need to do to run a COVID Safe event.

The COVID Safe Plan for Outdoor Education Providers is also being updated with changes to the contact tracing requirements for outdoor education centres.

Both plans are accessible through our COVID Safe Plans web page and downloadable from the Queensland Government's Approved COVID Industry Plans page and accessible for all organisations in the Queensland outdoor sector (regardless of membership of an industry peak body such as QORF). Go to Implementation for information on how best to implement your new COVID Safe operational plan for your organisation.

Note: You may have to refresh the page (Ctrl F5) or clear your cache to view the latest versions of the updated plans.
