New College Students Welcome Reception

August 28, following 11:45 AM Service

A reception will take place on the lawn in front of Pioneer (Campus Mall) immediately following the 11:45 AM service on August 28. We are looking for volunteers to help furnish 3 dozen cookies for the event. We will serve cookies and lemonade to welcome the new students. To help, please call the church at 269-471-3131 or click "I Will Help" below. Instructions will be sent to volunteers furnishing cookies. We hope you'll join us in welcoming the new students!

The school year is starting soon and Pioneer is planning for a new season of Grow Groups to share with our community. Grow Groups are great opportunities to learn new skills and ideas, participate in active discipleship, and grow in community together!

Offering for August 21, 2021

The church roof had a problem. It leaked! One time, the pastor counted six buckets in place to catch the drips. The church board discussed the problem. “We don’t have the extra money in the budget,” they agreed. “But let's at least get a few estimates so we know how much we will need.” After getting several estimates to repair the roof, the board saw that the church didn’t have enough resources to cover the entire expense. They had to make a choice.
