The club wishes to thank the City of Joondalup for the funding and their continued support of our club.Their generosity, to ensure we have people qualified to assist in an emergency, could mean the difference between life and death for one of our treasured members. As a club, we are truly grateful. In need of some physio? We've joined forces with Pro Perform Physiotherapy to help keep you limber and on court longer. Seeking a member to spread the word We are seeking a member willing to take on the communications role at the upcoming AGM. Footfaults and Facebook are the 2 main communication channels we use to talk to our members. Consider stepping into this role and help keep the lines of communication open for all members. Thank you Thank you Thank you Our grounds keeper Richard has been giving the courts and the grass surrounds some extra love and attention. We thank you so much for your efforts Richard that make our club look welcoming and cared for. Wednesday night social tennis and roster Many hands make light work. Whilst people are rostered each week to make up the social sets, please assist the person who has volunteered in any way that helps them (eg: setting up chairs and nets etc:) so that it all doesn't fall on one person each time.... Our Wednesday night social tennis is a great way to unwind mid-week and we thank the small band of volunteers that make this happen so we can enjoy great evening tennis. Don't forget the round-robin tournament on the first Wednesday night social tennis evening of every month. Prizes for ladies and men in this fun initiative that will introduce some low-key competition in a relaxed atmosphere. Saturday social tennis roster Our club coach Mark Robinson At Kingsley Tennis club we get to benefit from that great Robinson tennis pedigree with Mark Robinson as our coach. Mark has programs for both junior and senior members, individuals and groups. Mark is also a racquet stringing guru and supplier of racquets. Visit our website for more coaching information.
Please keep our club secure Please ensure if you're the last to leave the club after pennants and social days the you lock and arm the clubhouse before you go. The City of Joondalup perform spot checks of all their community facilities to ensure that the proper security protocols are being followed. Remember to lend a helping hand As a small club, we rely on the goodwill of members to keep the club running so we can all enjoy great tennis and great company. If we all pitch in and help when needed it takes the burden off the few. Just little things like putting chairs out on social days, helping out in the kitchen and anything else that the rostered volunteers require can be such a great help, Promote your business If you have a business that you'd like to promote in Footfaults, send us the details and an image of your company logo or business card.
