The Committee is looking to fill a variety of roles including:
The Niagara Transit Commission Public Advisory Committee is a volunteer advisory committee to support the commission to provide an affordable, accessible, reliable, safe and convenient transit system while meeting customers' expectations. The Committee will give their perspective and input to the commission on various transit services in Niagara. They will discuss service levels, policies, programs to create awareness and implementation of legislation. They will also address the issues and concerns of public transit users. Applications are encouraged from all members of the community, including Indigenous peoples, people of colour, people of all genders and sexualities and people with disabilities. Interested applicants can learn more about the Committee and the qualifications needed to apply and apply using the online application form.
