m-tec

Spring at last, no more sledging to the studio... and with the light nights and brighter weather comes a faint whiff of optimism in the air. After all, let’s be honest we need it. Stop reading the newspapers!

However, bucking the trend and kicking down doors are m-tec with this dramatic case study pack, celebrating their achievements over the last 12 months.

Consisting of 12 pull-out case studies, a company overview and introductory DVD this isn’t something you can simply ignore. And with the doors m-tec are walking through right now... it’s working!

Group Hub

Andy Walmsley, Wash’s Creative Director isn’t one for putting himself in the limelight too much. He prefers the ‘Enigma Factor’ or so he says. However, Andy was invited onto the panel at the March ‘Group Hub’ session on the subject of ‘Do we need photographers anymore?’

A great night with a big turn out from the local creative community. Let the debate continue...

Project

We are currently working on a re-branding exercise for Pramedia over in Finland called ‘Project’.

The look had to be clean and simple to reflect the ethos and culture of the company. The Finnish flag we thought was a subtle touch and celebratory of their global location.

Stig

Our current campaign for ReBlackpool that is running throughout the town on various hoardings/billboards and trams hit the papers last month also, with a PR stunt that involved the Stigg.

It was rumoured he got speeds out of the tram that nobody had, until now, been able to achieve.

Cobham Hall

Wash have just won a new account with Cobham Hall. A new prospectus and brand over-hall for the school is needed. The focus of the brand will look more at the history and architectural aspects of the building... It’s a fantastic location, what a USP! The project will start with a new photography shoot in May with the new look to be launched in September 09.

Preston Beer Festival

To promote and celebrate the 16th year of the St. Walburge’s beer festival, Wash came up with the idea of this typographical brew for an A2 poster.

Screen printed white onto 140gm Robert Horne brown stock, truly a collectors item! So, the first ten lucky people to contact us will get a free copy! After that they are going for a steel at £5 each. But don't hang about, we don't have many to go around, get in touch with Andy on 01772 880 022.

Keep posted for the next Wash newsletter as we will be giving away more design treats.
