If your health insurance plan changed in the last few years you are not alone.  Many individuals and employees have switched to different policies when their current plans were changed or dropped.  One type of plan that is used by more people every year is a High Deductible Health Plan.  These plans have a high deductible except for certain preventative services that are covered with no cost.  At first glimpse this has dismayed people who were used to $20 copays and $200 deductibles.  However, there is good news for some.
