HERE'S HOW TO DO IT:

If you are using Outlook or Outlook Express (on your own computer):

Step 1: On the 'Tools' menu, click 'Options'

Step 2: On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click 'Junk E-mail'

Step 3: Click the 'Safe Senders' or 'Safe Recipients' tab

Step 4: Click 'Add'

In the 'Enter an e-mail address' or 'Internet domain name' to be 
added to the list box, enter the name or address you want added 
('keyissues@keyfund.org.uk'), and then click 'OK'.
