Good afternoon.  I think we would all agree that it's essential to help our teams disconnect, take a step back, and have some fun.  We're all about sharing best practices to be better leaders for our communities, and so we wanted to share an idea that worked for us, and we think it is fun and unique.

When we discovered Enibot, we thought, "What a great way to surprise the team and make work a little more fun."  Enibot offers Mission: Mars, a virtual escape room perfect for teams looking to have some fun and bond. 

Here are the steps we used:

Step 1

Visit Enibot here and order your tickets.  Each ticket can serve up to six players sharing a computer—use code: "Mars-NHA Stand-Up" for a 12% discount.  Tickets must be used within 30 days of purchase and can be used at any time of the day.  No scheduling is required.

Step 2

Plan on getting some food and get a couple of computers ready for your next stand-up or weekly team meeting.  We recommend keeping the game a surprise.

Step 3

When your team arrives, surprise them with the unexpected plan and have some fun.  The game lasts about 45-80 minutes and is excellent for team building.
