Tyldesley Property Let to Advanced Childcare
The former Police Station building in Tyldesley is set to become a childcare care facility after owner Crystal Property and Land concluded a deal with the Advanced Childcare Group.
The 4,590 ft² building and ½ acre site have been let on a six year lease.
The property is currently undergoing refurbishments and will be opening as an independent school for young people with special educational needs. The size and layout allows us to tailor the educational experience of young people to their individual needs and interests.

It was purchased by Crystal in 2011 and has been vacant since Greater Manchester Police left in 2006.

Sandbach Tenants Win in 1-10 Employees Category
Edwin Foden Business Centre tenants Cube Surveys have won the prestigious Scottish Power Cheshire Business of the Year award in the 1-10 employees category.
The judges were particularly impressed by Cube's service of Non – Invasive Utility Detection and Mapping, using Electromagnetic and Ground Penetrating Radar Technology.
We are experiencing record growth and are actively employing new people. Winning this award is a real ‘shot in the arm’ for us, as when companies like Scottish Power endorse the business, we are obviously on the right track.

This is the second year in a row that an Edwin Foden Business Centre tenant has won this award, following Ten Motives in 2012.
