Facit’s sturdy, linear forms and generous spacing make the face a pleasure to read and help it to stand up to office print environments. While basic word processors can’t handle its standard ligatures, the efficiently-drawn fi/fl combinations are designed to avoid collisions without attracting undue attention.

in between covered, his approach for long texts was to create something with a more modulated contrast. The Antiqua is especially valuable in Pan-European markets, additionally offering Greek and Cyrillic support.

Typographics is an 11-day design festival devoted to contemporary typography. The highlight will be an intensive two-day conference on June 17–18, 2016, focusing on the use of type for publications, advertising, corporate identity and user interfaces.
