EMU earned reaffirmation of its accreditation through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). The university received “an enviably strong review," an important external validation!

Ten students spent their fall break volunteering with Sharing with Appalachian People in Kentucky. The trip was coordinated by the student service organization Y-Serve, formerly YPCA.
