No images? Click here ![]() Together With Good morning. Today I woke up at 4:30 am, ran three miles, took a cold shower, and spent the next 30 minutes prioritizing my day before heading into the office at 7:30.None of that is actually true. I hit the snooze button one too many times, grabbed a donut on the way out the door, and made it into the office at 8:35, five minutes late for my first meeting, and realized my laptop was still on the kitchen table. And you know what? That's ok. We extensively discuss best practices, efficiency, and ways to be your best in this newsletter. I'm far from perfect, as we all are. Give yourself a break. You've earned it.
Gratitude challenge I challenged myself to do one thing throughout the entire month of October. Whenever I think something nice or positive about someone, I either stop what I am doing and tell them right then or write it down and tell them before the end of the day. As a result, I made 13 phone calls. I have mailed eight cards and sent 11 emails with the subject "Thank you." Halfway through the month and 32 opportunities so far to tell family, friends, and coworkers that I appreciate them. #Gratitude
