Welcome, Chairwoman Nicole Love Hendrickson!

Gwinnett County recently welcomed Nicole Love Hendrickson as its newest Chairwoman to the Board of Commissioners. We were recently able to sit down with Nicole virtually to welcome her to the position and discuss her initial goals and plans. Watch the first installment of a three-part series here.

Gateway85 Freight Study

The CID has taken a comprehensive look at freight within the district. An interactive proposed project map, seen here, has been put together and presented to the Atlanta Regional Commission for approval. We look forward to potential projects coming from this study in 2021!

GDOT I-85 PEL Study

The Georgia Department of Transportation and Gwinnett County have partnered to conduct a comprehensive corridor study along I-85 between I-285 and I-985. The study will propose solutions for the corridor to reduce congestion, enhance traffic operations, and improve safety.
