Proteome Software Virtual Brunch
Is it waffle, sandwich or wine time? Doesn't matter, all are acceptable at brunch! In lieu of what was to be our inaugural Proteome Software breakfast meeting at ASMS 2020, join us on June 16 from anywhere, at anytime for a virtual brunch meeting. Keep an eye out, updates and registration to follow.
Scaffold 4.11 Released
We now support reading Percolator probabilities from Proteome Discoverer data. Those using both Scaffold and PD are encouraged to read this article for more information. Everyone with an active support contract is encouraged to upgrade.
