Thank you for attending our forum meeting

Thank you to everyone who attended our MYAN WA forum meeting last week.

We heard from Elizabeth Lang about her exciting experience representing WA in Geneva and from two of our impressive Shout Out speakers as well as our YACWA’s CEO Ross Wortham. We thank everyone for their engagement and feedback.

Congratulations to all our Shout Out participants!

Congratulations and well done to all participants on successfully completing our pilot Shout Out program for 2016!

Many thanks to our Chief Inspirer, Taku Scrutton and our amazing trainers Rosemary Sayer, Pippa Worthington, Rebecca Boteler, Eliza Laschon, Ken Holzman and Sue Hart.

MYAN WA endeavours to support and connect these inspirational young people to speaking opportunities in different communities and provide a platform that enables them to promote active citizenship and positive perceptions of multicultural youth across different issues that face their communities .

The Shout Out participants are now prepared to go out further into the community and inspire other young people. We will soon be distributing the SHOUT OUT SPEAKERS website to learn more about each speaker and to book them in for events.

This program is an initiative of the Center for Multicultural Youth and is supported by the Office of Multicultural Interests.
