Producer: The Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne house was founded by the man himself – Nicolas Feuillatte – but after he met Henri Macquart, it expanded into one of the most important co-ops in Champagne. It became a place where growers could make wine together instead of selling their grapes to one of the larger houses. Now more than 4500 growers bring in grapes from all over the region creating a high-quality wine encapsulating the flavours of the entire Champagne region.
