Karena Kilcoyne

Dear Friend,

At a time when the world feels dark and cloudy, I’m sending you some sunshine.

I know most of you, like me, are home now. We’re worried about family and friends and those in our community, our country, and on our planet. But we must, for the sake of the greater good, hunker down and take care of our own health and well-being.

So while you're in some form of isolation—either alone, with family, or maybe a roommate—I hope you’re staying positive and taking care of your body and mind. I hope you’re finding pockets of happiness and moments when you can do what lights you up.

Because what lights you up matters.

Seek out your own expression right there in your home or apartment. Whether it’s prayer or meditation or art. (If you need more ideas, read my blog post.)

Dig deep and nurture your inner purpose. It’s why you’re here on Earth. Even in this time of isolation, when you resonate in your purpose, the world will feel your energy and creativity. And, you will inspire others to do the same.

Please, take advantage of these days alone to do what lights you up. Develop a routine that supports those spiritual whispers of happiness.

And remember, doing what lights you up is what the world needs most right now.

With resilience, grace, and love,
Karena Kilcoyne
