Art Est. Website

Dear Subscriber

Happy New Year to all our art friends!

While we've been on holidays, we've made a few changes at Art Est. to make visiting easier...

When you next visit the studios you'll notice the reworked entry way, with the ramp now extended through into the Gallery to make it safer and more accessible for wheelchairs and prams. There's also new wall fans mounted in each of the studios to keep you cooler while you create!

We've updated the website with some subtle but significant changes to make finding courses and workshop even easier. Now you can navigate from the home page to Adults, Children or Corporate - taking you directly to your area of interest. Links to previous editions of our e-newsletters can be found via News and Links. Too much to list here, so visit www.artest.com.au and explore for yourself. (As we are still tweaking things, do let us know of any glitches or if you'd like to see some new web content.)  Don't forget to save (or refresh) the Art Est. link in your bookmarks or favourites folder!

And while you are visiting the new look website, be sure to explore the variety of workshops on offer this summer for kids and adults. It's not too late to enrol, and a day or two of art might be just the thing to kick start your creative year.

We're open this Sunday for Trish McCaul-Kidd's Retrospective exhibition. Trish is celebrating her birthday with a private party at Art Est. surrounded by her friends and art, then opening the Gallery for a public viewing on Sunday (10am-5pm). What a fabulous way to embrace a milestone!

I hope you'll be surrounded by art this year too, and I look forward to seeing you at Art Est. again in 2012.

Kind regards

Jennifer McNamara, Director
