Hurstwood Welcome Concept Legal Expenses
The first tenants have signed up at Crystal’s refurbished Manchester city centre office development at 61 Mosley Street.
Suite 6, located in the building’s first floor business centre, has been taken by Concept Legal Expenses Limited who relocated from their previous location near the Arndale Centre at the beginning of May.

Refurbishment of the building is now nearly complete with office suites available from 170 sq ft and whole floors available measuring 2,200 sq ft and 2,500 sq ft.

Unit 18 Now Let at Popular Estate
Another unit has been let at Leigh Business Park with Renewable Solution Team agreeing a deal on unit 18 at the popular Greater Manchester site.
A three year lease has been agreed on the 3,800 sq ft unit 18 at the estate.

Final Unit Let at The Cobden Centre
Hurstwood have completed another letting in Salford with Seymour Sign and Print taking an industrial unit at The Cobden Centre.
The company have agreed a three year lease on unit 12a at the popular industrial estate on the edge of Manchester city centre.
This letting means that Hurstwood are now fully occupied at the industrial estate.

Our property search was aimed at industrial units with rent that wasn't going to strain the bank balance whilst we grew the vehicle graphic side of our business. A viewing of the property on The Cobden Centre fulfilled all of the requirements with the added bonus of a segregated office space.
