Alaska's Late Summer Blast!

The Alaska State Fair is an annual celebration of gigantic proportions! Founded in 1936, by a group of settlers from Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and Oklahoma, the fair is a time-honored tradition which marks the end of our exceptional summer.

Every August, Alaskans flock to the Matanuska-Susitna Valley to witness record-setting, monstrous vegetables, beautiful flower gardens, delicious Alaskan-style food, live music, and much more!

For more information on this year's activities, visit www.alaskastatefair.org.

Congrats to our July drawing winner, Richard from Front Royal, VA. He won an "Alaska Abundance Basket" from our friends at Alaska Wild Berry Products!
