Music Generation in partnership with the CME Institute for Choral Teacher Education, the Association of Irish Choirs and DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama present Conducting Young Choirs in the World Today: Into the Future, an accredited Professional Development Course in Choral Music Education, which will take place in NUI Maynooth from 14 – 17 July, 2015. The Waltons Music for Schools Competition offers a wonderful opportunity for schools to build their musical instrument libraries and additional resources including books, music technology PA equipment.  Deadline for applications is 13th February, 2015.  For information and application forms, click here.

The Sky Academy Arts Scholarship deadline has been extended to 5th March, 2015. Five UK and Irish artists aged 18-30 will be selected to win a £30,000 bursary each, plus mentoring support, to take their creative practice to the next level.  Read more here.
