This email contains an  update on several items including Profiles 2020 this year.

First, the data from Profiles 2019 is available in the new EDMS accessible through the same https://survey.asee.org/ accounts which you submitted data. Instructions can be found here: https://ira.asee.org/edms-instructions/

If you need an account set up for college business, please email data@asee.org. Please identify your position, if not indicated in your signature, when making the request so that we can validate requests without contacting the Dean or unit director of your institution to authorize access.

Engineering and Engineering Technology by the Numbers will be posted online by the end of the day today in pdf form here: https://ira.asee.org/by-the-numbers/

The full profiles publication will be emailed to participating institutions by September 15 as a pdf. The publication will be in electronic format going forward. We are working to have the Online Profiles page updated and finalized with 2019 data by the end of September.

Finally, we have received generous support from the NSF to build into Profiles a special COVID-19 related section that examines the effect of the pandemic on Engineering and Engineering Technology Education.  With that funding, we are able to offer for this year a subsidy for the participation fees this year:  https://ira.asee.org/profiles-of-engineering-and-engineering-technology-instructions/profiles-pricing/

The Profiles of Engineering and Engineering Technology Survey will open on October 1, 2020.  An email announcing the opening of the survey, along with details about the separate COVID-19 section, will be sent out at the end of September.
